Meet Our Team

Josh

Owner / Cyber Resiliency Consultant

Josh has been immersed in the technology industry since 2006. He gained much of his early knowledge from working with a friend that taught him the ropes and from then on he has been on a journey to learn as much as he can and use his knowledge to benefit others. When he is not “geeking-out,” he enjoys watching Space-X launches (and crashes), playing guitar, and drinking probably too many cups of coffee. He is a private and instrument rated pilot with over 500 logged hours in the air. Once you meet Josh, you’ll never meet a nicer person; he goes above and beyond to help in any way he can.

Carmen

Managing Director / Marketing

Carmen has worked in customer service and office administration for over 15 years. Her fine-tuned attention to detail and exceptional organization skills keep the behind-the-scenes environment of LaunchBase running as smoothly as possible. When she isn’t “task-mastering” the world into submission, she enjoys gardening, reading, and learning new skills (such as building this website). When you meet Carmen, you might walk away thinking she is the most normal person you’ve ever met… don’t let that fool you.

Logan

Junior Technician

Logan has been impressing people with his tech skills since he was six years old when he correctly installed a dual-boot operating system on a spare computer completely by himself. He has a mind for figuring out just about any strange and confounding issues with settings, software, or apps in most devices. He knows all the tech basics, plus much more. When he doesn’t have his hands on a computer, he enjoys creating music… he plays guitar, drums, and keyboard. Logan is a very dedicated individual with a calm and friendly personality.

"We have contracted to LaunchBase IT to provide all our IT needs for over seven years and have been well pleased. During the time they have supported us, we have almost doubled in size and increased workstations, software and hardware needs as well as working in conjunction with our business system vendor. Additionally, in April 2017, our building was damaged by a tornado. We contacted Josh and he came to the rescue. He worked through the night and was able to get all our computer equipment out of the building before it was damaged as well as getting a make shift office set up in my home so that business could continue without interruption. Although we were working to clean up the damage, we were still able to help as many customers with their needs as possible due to Josh's efforts to enable them to contact us and us being able to use our computer systems. In January 2020, we were able to relocate to our new facility. This was a huge move for us as the building we are now in is more than double the size of the one we were in. We have more areas where connectivity is necessary, and Josh again worked to get us in and open without interruption to our customers.
